Vision Care Program
The EyeMed vision care program provides:
- eye exams
- frames
- lenses
- contact lenses
...to your employees at substantial discounts. The participating employee
(and their eligible dependents) may choose from thousands of LensCrafters
and independent optometrist and optician offices for service. Claims forms
are not required; the employee pays a co-payment for lenses, exams, and
frames at time of service.
